Terms and Conditions for Issuance of UAE Visit Visa

1. Application Process
All applications for UAE Visit Visas are subject to approval by the relevant UAE authorities. Submission of an application does not guarantee visa issuance.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information. Any discrepancies may lead to delays or rejections.
2. Visa Fees
The visa fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
Payment must be made in full at the time of application submission.
3. Deposit
A security deposit of AED 1,000/- to AED 3,500/- may be required for certain nationalities or at the discretion of the issuing agency.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the visa holder has exited the UAE, provided there are no violations of visa conditions.
4. Visa Validity and Duration of Stay
The UAE Visit Visa is valid for [30/60/90] days from the date of entry into the UAE.
The visa holder must not exceed the duration of stay as stipulated in the visa. Overstaying is subject to fines and legal action.
5. Overstay Penalties
In the event of overstaying, the visa holder will be responsible for all fines and penalties imposed by UAE authorities.
The sponsor or the person responsible for the visa may also be liable for additional fines or legal action.
6. Risk and Liability
A risk amount of AED 3,500/- will be held under the sponsor's or applicant's responsibility. This amount is liable in case of visa holder absconding or overstaying.
The sponsor or applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the issuing agency from any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the visa holder's actions during their stay in the UAE.

7. Cancellation and Exit
The visa holder must exit the UAE before the visa expires. Failure to do so will result in penalties and may affect future visa applications.
If the visa holder wishes to extend or cancel the visa, this must be done before the visa expiry date, and additional charges may apply.
8. Responsibilities of the Visa Holder
The visa holder must comply with all UAE laws and regulations during their stay.
The visa holder must inform the sponsor or issuing agency immediately in case of any change in travel plans or emergency situations.
9. Rejection or Delay
The issuing agency is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by UAE authorities.
In the event of a visa rejection, the applicant is entitled to a refund of the deposit (if applicable) but not the visa fee.
10. Amendments
The issuing agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the applicant before application submission.
